In the event of a conflict between an engagement agreement and these terms, the engagement agreement governs.

The free AI Readiness Assessment on this website is an informational tool provided at no cost. It does not create a consulting engagement or client relationship.

Downloadable resources, templates, and checklists available on this website are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, compliance, regulatory, financial, or professional advice. Users are solely responsible for customizing, validating, and reviewing any downloaded materials with qualified professionals before deploying them in their organizations.

Client-specific deliverables, such as strategy reports, roadmaps, and prototypes built with client data, are owned by the client upon full payment, except for underlying methodologies and reusable frameworks.

AI-Specific Disclaimers

Given the nature of AI consulting, the following disclaimers apply to all services and recommendations:

Advisory nature: AI outputs and recommendations provided during any engagement are advisory in nature. The client is solely responsible for validating all AI-generated outputs before acting on them in any business, legal, financial, or operational context.
